ELK project
For us, it all started with an ’80s hiking backpack: an Invicta in bold yellow and purple tones, carefully crafted and built to last. An object with a story — the starting point for a design experiment.

We decided to take it apart, piece by piece, until we reached its original materials.
From that gesture, four different bags were born — each with its own function, yet sharing the same identity.

We didn’t add anything new: we simply reassembled what already existed.
An exercise in design and respect, where reuse becomes language and limitation turns into possibility.

From a single backpack came four unique pieces: four new stories built upon the same memory.
