Refund policy

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
To use the warranty, you need to make a request via email to info@mnmur.com, specifying:

• First and last name
• A contact phone number
• The item code of the product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund

You will receive an email authorizing the return and providing the return address. The product must be returned within 10 days from the authorization date. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Within 48 hours of receiving the returned package, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued by reversing the payment made by you, via PayPal.
Mnmur reserves the right not to accept the return of products that are communicated or returned late, or that are not in the same condition as when you received them.
