These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the purchase of products on the website www.mnmur.com sold directly by Mnmur di Giambra Marco (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), with its registered office at Via Giuseppe Baretti 29, 10125 Torino, Italy, Tax Code GMBMRC80P29C665A and VAT number 10266460012.

The customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) is defined as the person identified by the data entered during registration and by the acceptance of the terms and conditions.

On the website www.mnmur.com, only products marked with the "mnmur" brand are offered for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website within each product page. Mnmur products are made with recycled materials. Each bag, wallet, and accessory is a unique piece, and as such, the product image is purely indicative and may not fully reflect the aesthetic characteristics of the item that will be shipped.

The images and colors of the products may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the browser or monitor used.

Given that all Mnmur products are handmade, we cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all items at the time of purchase. We commit to ensuring that, in case of immediate unavailability of the purchased product, the item will be made within a maximum of 5 working days.

Nature of the Seller-Customer relationship and cases where consumer protection laws do not apply
According to current Italian and EU legislation, the relationship between the Seller and the Customer is governed by consumer protection laws when the customer makes a purchase for personal use not connected to their business or work. However, for any relationship between the Seller and the Customer where the purchases are directly related to the Customer’s business activities, the consumer protection laws do not apply, particularly Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 (distance contracts) and Legislative Decree No. 50/1992 (right of withdrawal), Articles 1469-bis et seq. of the Civil Code.

Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. The valid and final price is always the one indicated at the time of order placement.
For each order, a delivery note is sent together with the goods, and upon request, an invoice can be provided. The Supplier is not responsible for taxes owed in other countries.

Limitations of Liability
The Seller disclaims any responsibility for malfunction or suspension of the service, or any deterioration of the service caused by force majeure or accident, when not due to the fault or negligence of the Seller.

Valid Communication
The Customer accepts any communication related to online services (including those related to an order), whether made by the Seller via email or through the Web service, and agrees to recognize them as valid. By accepting these terms, the Customer acknowledges that they cannot claim ignorance of such communications.

Applicable Law
For all e-commerce activities on www.mnmur.com, Italian law applies. Pursuant to Articles 1341-1342 of the Civil Code, the Customer declares to have read and accepted the clauses and articles of the general terms and conditions of sale on this site.
