Warranty and Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 business days from the delivery date.

Please contact us by email at info@mnmur.com before and and give us the following details:
Name and surname
A contact number
The order number
Reasons for returning the item
State if you wish to have a refund or an exchange

You will then receive an authorisation email for the returned item and the address to send it to. The shipping charges are bourne by the customer.
Once your return has been received please allow 2 working days for your refund. Refunds will be made via Paypal and will include any shipping charges you paid at the point of purchase.
Please ensure that products are in the same condition in which you received them. mnmur reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any items after this fourteen days period, or items that are not returned in the same condition as when they were received.
